Recipe: Dill Carrots Side Dish



  • 1/2  cup water
  • 1  lb. fresh baby carrots
  • 1  tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 1  teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1  teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4  teaspoon salt
  • 1/8  teaspoon pepper


  1. 1In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add carrots. Cover; cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return carrots to saucepan; add remaining ingredients, stirring until margarine is melted.
